From the very beginning High Country has existed due to our volunteer base. These people have shown an interest in this vision to the point of giving of their time, goods and networking skills. Our volunteers have been the only reason High Country is able to move into a new office space in a professional building and continue to work towards our goals.

High Country has effectively provided counselling for the past 18 months to those in need due to the unselfish ways of our volunteers.

The victims of addictions and other major life issues affect nearly everyone we know. One would be hard pressed to find someone living in mainstream society today who has not been affected one way or another by these life taking diseases.

That being the case, it is no wonder that we have volunteers from all over the province.
